Privacy policy

CAMPUX Learn / AI is a set of static pages. You read them; nothing asks you for anything. We do not run advertising, we do not build profiles, and we have nothing to sell to anybody because we never collect it.

What we do have is a count of how many people read which page, and that count comes from a service run by our host. Your browser also fetches the typefaces from Google. Those are the only two third parties involved, and both are described below.

• No accounts Nothing to sign up for, so there is no name, email address or password anywhere.
• No forms There is no comment box, no newsletter, no contact form and no search. Nothing on these pages accepts input.
• No cookies The site sets none. It also writes nothing to local storage or session storage. You can check this yourself in your browser's developer tools, and we would rather you did than take our word for it.
• No advertising or trackers No ad network, no social pixels, no tag manager, no session recording.
• No selling or sharing There is no personal data here to sell, share or hand on.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare adds its Web Analytics script to the pages as they are served. It records the page you opened, the site that referred you, your rough location at country level, and your browser and operating system. It does this without cookies and without an identifier that follows you between sites.

We use it for one thing: to see which projects people actually read. We cannot use it to identify you, and we do not try to.

If you would rather not appear in that count at all, block static.cloudflareinsights.com in a content blocker. The pages work normally without it.

The three typefaces come from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Any request to another company's server reveals your IP address and your browser's user agent to that company, and this one is no exception. Google's handling of those requests is governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.

This is a real third-party connection and we would rather name it plainly than bury it. Serving the fonts from our own domain would remove it, and it is on the list of things to change.

Cloudflare serves every request and, like any host, processes the connection in order to answer it. That involves your IP address. Cloudflare acts as our hosting provider here and handles that data under its own terms; we do not receive per-visitor logs from it and we do not keep server logs of our own.

The projects link out to Microsoft Learn, the Azure portal, GitHub and our own bootcamp site at campuxlearn.com. Those pages are not ours and their own policies apply the moment you follow a link. Nothing is loaded from them unless you click.

One thing worth saying because of what these projects teach: the labs ask you to build things in your own Azure subscription. Whatever you create there, and whatever you put into it, lives in your account under your agreement with Microsoft. It never touches this site.

The material is written for adults learning Azure and Microsoft AI, but there is no age gate because there is nothing to gate: no account, no submission, nothing collected from anyone regardless of age.

Laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you the right to see, correct or delete the personal data an organisation holds about you. We mention them to give you a straight answer: we hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to show you or erase. For the two third parties named above, those rights are exercised with Cloudflare and Google directly.

This policy is short because the site is simple. If that changes, and the most likely change is somewhere to enter an email address, this page gets rewritten before the feature ships, not after. The date at the top of the page is the date it last changed.
